糖尿病人运动前后血浆去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素的浓度变化 被引量:1

摘要 选择非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人24例并以20例正常者作对照,在二级梯上进行症状限制性运动试验。运动前后均采静脉血检测血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)及肾上腺素(E)。结果:NIDDM病人运动后血浆NE及E明显高于运动前(P<0001或P<001);正常人运动后血浆NE明显高于运动前(P<001),血浆E无统计学差异(P>005)。NIDDM病人的E运动前后均较正常人有显著增高(P<0001)。我们认为原因为糖尿病人细胞外脱水及轻度酸血症。 Twenty four non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, (NIDDM) and 20 normal controls were chosen to perform symptom limited exercise test. It was found that the plasma NE and E levels in NIDDM were markedly higher than that of the control group ( P <0 001 or P <0 01). In normal person, only the plasma NE was significantly increased after exercise as compared with that proir to exercise ( P <0 01). In NIDDM the plasma E levels were significantly higher than that of the controls before and after exercise ( P <0 001). This elevation of NE and E levels in NIDDM was caused by extracellular fluid depletion as well as mild acidosis.
