摘要
采用C(57)BL/b和Balb/C两种主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)完全不相同的近交系小鼠作为动物模型,对新鲜异体牙硬组织和(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性进行研究。通过检测宿主的抗体-补体介导的细胞杀伤(ACMC)、细胞介导的细胞杀伤(CMC)反应,发现异体牙移植后,新鲜异体牙(硬组织)引起的ACMC和CMC反应,与经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的ACMC和CMC有显著性差异(P<0.05)结果说明,经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性较低,具有较好的组织相容性。
The mice of the inbred strains C57BL/b and Balb/c which differ from the major histocompatibility complex (MHC)were used in this study. The immunogenicity of both fresh tooth (Hardtissue) allografts and (60)Co-irradiated tooth allografts was studied in vitro by means of detecting the response of Antibody-Comple ment Mediated Cytotoxity (ACMC) and Cell Mediated Cytotoxity (CMC) of the host. We found that there was significant difference for both ACMC and CMC activity between the allogeneic tooth (hard-tissue) transplantation and the 50Co-irradiated tooth allo-transplantation (P<0. 05). The results indicate that 60 Co-irradicated tooth allografts are of week immunogenicity and good histocompatibility.
