慢性心力衰竭患者运动训练的临床意义

The effect Of Physlcaltraining on exercising Performance in Patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨运动训练对慢性心力衰竭(chroni cheart faihire,CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法将120例NYHA心功能Ⅱ-Ⅲ级CHF患者随机分为训练组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组均予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,训练组2次/d,行6min步行训练,疗程10周。分别在入院后24h内(治疗前)及治疗10周后进行6min步行试验6-minute,检查彩色多普勒超声心动图,检测左心室射血分数(LVEF),比较两组治疗前后的效果。结果治疗10周后两组6-MWT的行走距离及LVEF值均显著增加,两组比较有统计学意义。结论心功能Ⅱ-Ⅲ级的CHF患者采用运动训练可以增加运动耐力。运动训练与其他常规药物联用能明显提高左心室射血分数及6-MWT,可作为治疗该病的辅助方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of physical training on exercising performance in patients with chronicheartfailure（CHF）.Methods 120 patients with NYHAⅡ～ⅢCHF were randomly divided into training group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.Patients in both groups were treated with routine medicines for heartfailure.Physical training was only Performed in the training group twice a day for 10 weeks;and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were examin.6-minute walking test was performed.The results in both groups were compared.Results The walking distance and LVEF significantIy increased after patients were treated for 10 weeks.The decrease was more significant in the training group.Conclusion For patients with NYHAⅡ～ⅢCHF physical,training can improve exercising performance,and have a rehabililatioe effect.
