博乐欣与阿米替林治疗门诊抑郁症患者对照研究

A comparative study of efficancy of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of outpatients with depression

目的比较博乐欣(文拉法辛)与阿米替林治疗门诊抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法对63例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予博乐欣和阿米替林治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、药物不良反应量表(TESS)进行评临床疗效评定不良反应。结果博乐欣与阿米替林嗪显效率差异有显著性,博乐欣组显效快,不良反应少。结论博乐欣是一种安全有效的抗抑郁剂。

Objective To compare the efficacy and side-effects of domestic venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of outpatients with depression.Methods Sixty three patients with depression were randomly assigned into the treatment groups of domestic venlafaxine or amitriptyline for 8 weeks.HAMD was adopted to evaluate the curative effect.TESS were used to assess the side effects.Results Significant difference was found between the groups,and domestic venlafaxine took more quickly and its adverse events were less than amitriptyline.Conclusion Domestic venlafaxine is safe and efficient in the treatment of depression.
