三角协同模式下的高校发展研究

Research on the Development of High College and University under Triangle Cooperative Mode

高等院校具有知识密集性特点,肩负着人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大功能,在建设创新型国家的进程中应当发挥重要作用。知识经济正在兴起,科学技术作为第一生产力空前活跃,美国学者伯顿·克拉克提出并构建了大学、政府与市场的三角协调模式,结合我国高校发展的特殊环境和现状,探讨了三角协同模式下的高校发展特点,加强大学战略管理,形成学校可持续性竞争力,完善高校内部运行机制,实现高校共建共享。

High colleges and universities have the feature of knowledge intensive, they undertake three functions which are talents cultivation, science research, social service, and should play important role in the process of building innovative country. Knowledge economy is rising, as the first productivity science and technology is so active. Burton Clark, an American scholar provided and built the triangle cooperative mode among university, government and market. Combined with the special environment and presentation of high college and university＇s development, this paper discussed the developing feature of high college and university under triangle cooperative mode, provided that we should strengthen university＇s strategy management, form sustainable competitiveness, perfect internal operating mechanism, realize the co-construction and sharing.
