Research on Green Supply Chain Management in Chinese Iron and Steel Enterprise

当今世界普遍面临能源紧缺、生态环境恶化的问题。保护环境,节约资源,实施可持续发展战略成了21世纪最重要的使命之一。实施绿色供应链管理是实现可持续发展的有效途径。钢铁企业是能源与资源消耗大户,也是环境污染大户,从总体上介绍了绿色供应链管理的主要内容,阐述了钢铁企业实施绿色供应链管理的基本策略,提出了钢铁企业实施绿色供应链管理需注意的几个因素。

Today the worlds are generally faced with the problem of tight resources supply and worsen ecological environment. Environmental protection, saving resources and carrying out the strategy of sustainable development have become one of the most im- portant mission in the 21st century. And implementing green supply chain management is the effective way to achieve sustainable development. The iron ＆ steel enterprises are the big butts of resources consumption and also the large family of environment pollution, this article first introduced the main content of green supply chain management as a whole, and then elaborated the basic green supply chain management implementation strategies in iron ＆ steel enterprises. In the end, it proposed some factors which should be paid attention to when carrying out green supply chain management in iron ＆ steel enterprises.
