An Empirical Study on Industry Agglomeration and FDI in the West

FDI在经济发展中的作用日益明显,对于较落后的西部地区而言,如何吸引FDI意义重大。产业积聚已经成为吸引FDI最重要的因素之一,而最新研究表明,FDI与地区产业积聚具有协同发展效应。通过实证研究产业积聚和西部FDI关系,从而为如何更好利用产业积聚和FDI,发展西部经济提供依据。

FDI plays an import role in the economy development. How to attract FDI means a lot to the undeveloped West. Industry Agglomeration has become the key factor to attract FDI, and the new study shows that FDI and Industry Agglomeration： have the utility of Synergy. This thesis is to study the relation between Industry Agglomeration and FDI in the West, so as to find a way to take advantage of Industry Agglomeration and FDI to develop the West.
