摘要 热致相分离法是一种制备聚合物微孔材料的有效方法。介绍了聚合物初始浓度、稀释剂、降温速率、成核剂、萃取剂等因素对热致相分离法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔材料的影响,并对热致相分离法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜的最新研究进展进行了介绍。 Thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) process is an effective way of making microporous materials. In this paper, the influences of the factors on the morphologies and properties of the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) porous materials, such as polymer solution concentration, diluents, cooling rate, nucleating agent and extractants are summarized, and the research and development of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) microporous membrane formation via the thermally induced phase separation method are introduced.
