摘要
局部放电水平是高压互感器的一项重要性能指标。局部放电量过高,会危及电气设备的使用寿命,造成安全隐患。因此,必须分析局部放电故障的原因以防止故障发生。在局部放电产生的诸多因素中,由合格的绝缘材料加工而成的零配件导致的局部放电超标这类问题的真正原因在排查过程中是较难被发现且又极易被忽视的。笔者通过举例详细介绍了局部放电故障的分析及排查方法。
The quantity of partial discharge is an important performance index of high voltage transformer. Excessive PD value will be harmful to the service time of the apparatus, and will cause potential danger. To avoid the fault of excessive PD, the factors causing excessive PD were analyzed. It was found that the reason of excessive PD resulting from the parts made of eligible insulation materials is difficult to detect and easy to be neglected. A case was given to describe the concerned analysis and detection methods.
