摘要
印刷机递纸机构是保证承印物套印准确的关键部件。目前,在J2205、J2108等多种机型上,消除递纸机构过大冲击影响的措施多为加大该机构处大拉簧的拉力。传统的大拉簧选取方法多为盲目试凑法,该法设计过程烦琐,设计周期过长,效果并不理想。为了克服上述缺点,根据机械优化设计的思想对大拉簧重新进行了设计,效果明显。
Paper-feedlng mechanism of printing press is the key part to ensure the accuracy in registration. At present, increasing the pull of the big extension spring is often used to eliminate the impact force in Model J2205 and J2108. Experimental-test is one of the traditional methods to choose the big extension spring, which is too trivial, too long design cycle, and not effective. In order to avoid these disadvantages, the big extension spring was redesigned based on the idea of optimization. It was proved to be effective.
