胶印机输墨系统设计中油墨重力的研究

Study of Ink Gravity in Offset Press Inking System Design

胶印机输墨系统性能的好坏由静态和动态指标来评价。在油墨转移过程中,由于重力的影响,会使得油墨相对于墨辊有着微小的滑动,因此会影响系统的响应时间和稳定时间。对油墨重力对系统响应时间和稳定时间的影响,提出了一些初步的构想并进行了探讨。

The performance of the offset press inking system was evaluated by static and dynamic indices, The ink slipped on the rollers in the process of the ink transferring because of gravity. So it affected the response time and the stabilization time. This paper put forward some principal ideas on the effect number of ink gravity in the response time and the stabilization time and discussed on them.
