腰膨大动脉多层螺旋CT血管成像扫描延迟时间的研究

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(MSCTA)显示腰膨大动脉(AKA)时,不同扫描延迟时间对AKA显示率的影响。方法回顾分析332例接受扫描胸腹部增强CT且无动脉系统疾病的患者的扫描资料。全部扫描资料采用传统固定延迟时间扫描法,并按不同的扫描延迟时间分成三组(23s、40s、60s),分别观察每一组AKA显示率,进行对比研究,寻找显示AKA合适的扫描延迟时间。结果扫描延迟时间23s、40s、60s组显示率分别为24%、67%、27%。结论40s是MSCTA显示AKA的合理扫描延迟时间。 Objective To discuss the influence on different scan delay time to display the artery of Adamkiewicz (AKA). Methods A total of 332 patients without artery systemic disease underwent enhanced CT angiography. The patients were scanned by the fixing traditional delay time. According to different scan delay time, they were divided into three groups (23 seconds, 40 seconds, 60 seconds). Then, the display rate of the AKA in each group was compared in order to show optimized scan delay time. Results The display rate of the delay time 23 seconds, 40 seconds and 60 seconds was 24%, 67% and 27%, respectively. Conclusion It was an optimized scan delay time of 40 seconds to display the AKA.
