手术对纤溶功能的影响

Effect of Operation on the Funtion of Fibrinolysis

本文于手术前、术中、术后第1天、第3天以D-二聚体（D－D）、α2-抗料溶酶（α2-AP）、组织纤溶酶原激活剂（t－PA）及抑制物（PAI）等指标对37例大中型手术患者进行了血液纤溶功能的研究。结果显示：手术后除D－D有显著增加外，其它指标无显著差异，表明手术对整个纤溶功能无明显影响。

In this study, the function of fibrinolysis in 37 patients undergoing surgery were measured on the preoprative day , introperation and postoperative days 1, 3. The D-dimer (D-D). α2- antiplasmin (α2-AP), activities of tissuetype plasminoger activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI )were determined on the preoperative day,introperation and posioperative days 1, 3,as well. There were no significant differences in α2-AP, t-AP and PAI except DD after operation. This may indicate that operation has no significant effect on the function of fibrinolysis,
