摘要 作为一种先进的管理理念和管理原则,并行工程通过过程系统集成,追求整体优化,具有降低全生命周期成本、缩短制造周期的优势。基于并行工程理论的应用,通过制造过程各环节的并行集成以及建立综合数据管理平台和跨职能多学科工作团队,对离散制造企业的制造过程进行了改进,并最后提出了制造过程改进的措施及需要注意的问题。 As an advanced philosophies and managerial principles, Concurrent Engineering searches globally optimal solution through concurrence and systemic integration of process, and holds the advantages of reducing total cost, shortening manufacturing cycle time and increasing effective production. Based on application of Concurrent Engineering, the paper employs parallel processing and integration of process, establishing integrated data platform and cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to improve discrete manufacturing process. And finally it presents improvement methods and noticeable issues.
