摘要
研究设计了一套基于工业以太网与RS485网络的压铸机生产线数据采集和监控管理系统。该系统解决了目前压铸机生产线生产定子过程中出现的信息孤岛问题。详细介绍了该控制系统的设计方案、网络结构、系统的主要功能如系统Internet／Web发布功能等。改造后的系统投运结果表明,达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求。
A manage and control system for die casting machine product line is designed, which is Based on popular industrial ethernet network and reliable rs485 network. The scada system can satisfactorily resolve the ＂information island＂ problems in die casting machine product line. The concrete automation control project, net structure, and the functions of system such as the internet/web browse function are introduced in details. At last, the results of running show that the designed system has achieved the performances.
