摘要
运用单因素试验和正交试验研究了茄子皮红色素在HPD-100大孔吸附树脂上的动态洗脱工艺,经极差分析和方差分析确定了其最佳洗脱条件。结果表明,各考察因素对色素洗脱效果的影响程度大小依次为乙醇浓度、洗脱流速、洗脱剂用量;最佳酸性乙醇洗脱条件为乙醇浓度70%,洗脱流速2.0BV/h,洗脱剂用量3.0BV。
This paper studied dynamic de-adsorption technology of Aubergine red pigment in HPD-100. resin by single factor tests and orthogonal experimental designs, and ascertained the best manipulation parameters by variance analyses. The results showed: The influence degree of each factors on the de-adsorption effect was elute concentration, elute rate, elute volume; The best elution parameters using alcohol were 70%, elute rate 2.0BV/h, elute volume 3.0BV.
