有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生身体成分与身体素质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨有氧健身操对肥胖女大学生身体成分与身体素质的影响,将45名肥胖女大学生随机分为实验组(25名,实施16周有氧健身操锻炼)和对照组(20名),并在锻炼前后测试身体成分,身体素质有关指标,结果显示:实验组在身体成分明显改变的同时,身体协调性、灵活性、柔韧性和耐力等素质有明显的改善。研究表明:长期系统的有氧健身操锻炼能改变肥胖女大学生的身体成分,全面提高各项身体素质。 In order to discuss the influence of oxygen body-building upon the bodies and body qualities of girl university students, 45 fat girl university students are divided into experiment group (25 students, carry out oxygen body-building for 16 weeks) and comparative group (20 students), and their body composition and body qualities are tested before exercises and after exercises. The result shows that experiment group students' body coordination, flexibility, pliable and tough characteristic and staying power etc. are improved obviously while their bodies are changed clearly. The study shows that long-time systemic oxygen body-building can change fat girl students' body compositon and enhance their body qualities totally.
