Research learning as a teaching idea and method has been infiltrated into all subjects teaching of colleges and universities. The paper discusses college physical education curriculum for the teaching, study and spiritual connotation, objectives, principles, and in accordance with different types of curriculum implementation procedures. It can not only fully play different roles of teachers, but also enable make students truly become the masters of learning.
