JIAD一段式种植体临床应用及短期效果评价

摘要 目的:评价JIAD(KOM)NSP型种植体临床应用情况及短期效果。方法:39例患者采用切开或不切开种植区黏膜的方式,运用JIAD系统工具逐级备孔,植入种植体61枚。术后3个月或半年进行上部结构修复。结果:61枚种植体均获得较好的初期稳定性,术后3个月或半年X光片显示59枚种植体骨结合良好,2枚种植体于术后3个月脱落。其中31例患者,46枚种植体已经完成上部结构修复,短期种植成功率96.7%。结论:JI-AD(KOM)NSP型种植体能够与骨组织形成较好的骨结合,手术操作简单,不需进行二次手术,短期临床效果较好。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical application and short-term effect of JIAD (KOM)NSP implant. Methods: 39 patients were treated with the ways of slitting or unslitting the mucosa of implant-fields, drilled holes with JIAD system drills and placed the implants. After three or six months the prosthetic treatment was underwent. Results: 61 implants had high primary grade of stability. 59 implants had good osseointegration in radiography examination after three or six months.31patients, 46 implants had finished the prosthetic treatment.2 implant fell off after the surgery one month later, resulting in a 96.7% success rate. Conclusions: JIAD (KOM)NSP implant can provide a rapid osseointegration and good clinical effect. The operation is simple, avoiding the second surgery.
