摘要
根据马钢新区3600m3高炉热风炉的工艺配置、设备组成和工艺流程,重点阐述了热风炉优化控制系统的信号检测和燃烧过程调节控制的原理、方法,并给出了控制程序设计框图。
Principle and method of signal detection and burning process control of optimization control system for the hot-air stove of Masteel's new 3600mz BF are mainly discussed and block diagram for control program design is also presented, based on the technological setup, equipment formation and process flow of the stove.
