摘要
采用光学金相研究分析手段,研究了稀土La对ZL101合金的变质效果和变质机理。实验发现,加入A1-La,ZL101合金可获得理想的变质和细化效果,共晶Si呈短纤维状,α-Al晶粒变得细小。最后探讨了变质机理。
Using optics metallography mothods, the modification effects and mechanisms of rare earth La in ZL101 alloy were investigated. The results show that Al-La master alloy has good modifing and refining effects on ZL101 alloy. The eutectic silicon is fibrilliform. The α-Al size is refined. In the end, the modification mechanism of eutectic silicon is discussed.
