摘要
长直焊缝在高层建筑钢结构对接焊中大量存在,采用陶瓷衬垫CO2焊打底+埋弧焊填充、盖面的焊接工艺,省去碳弧气刨背面清根,焊接效率高,焊缝成形美观。通过对焊接接头的力学性能检验、微观组织观察和分析,证明了该焊接工艺的可行性。
The long and straight welding lines are abundant in high building steel structure. Adopting the welding process of ceramic backing CO2 arc welding scratch coat + SAW screen welding, the process of gouging back chipping could be economized, the welding efficiency was high, and the figuration of welding line was perfect. The mechanical property of weld joint was tested and the microstructure was analysed, the welding process was proved feasible.
