摘要
研究了列车制动用高磷闸瓦铁素体含量的各种影响因素。结果表明,铁水出炉温度≥1350℃,用0.3%硅铁粒+0.2%锰铁粒+0.3%磷铁粒复合孕育效果最好;铁素体含量的合格率达到了90%,耐压检验和磷共晶偏析等不合格问题也得到了有效控制,显著的提高了产品质量。
The various Influence factors for controlling ferrite content in the train high phosphorus brake-shoe were studied. The results show that the best quality will be achieved by controlling the casting temperature (≥ 1 350℃) and adding compound inoculant (0.3%Si-Fe + 0.2%Mn-Fe + 0.3%P-Fe). The qualification rate of train brake-shoe reaches 90% by checking ferrite content, the found questions in the pressure test and phosphorus eutectic segregation test are controlled. The quality of train brake improves greatly.
