HyperCVAD方案治疗成人高危急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 随着化疗以及支持治疗的改进，成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）的完全缓解（CR）率达80％～90％，但长期无病生存（DFS）率仅30％～40％，有相当部分的患者缓解后仍会复发。根据预后和风险因素调整ALL的治疗是ALL的现代治疗策略。我们自2003年3月开始对14例高危ALL患者进行HyperCVAD方案诱导治疗，取得了较好的疗效。
