糖皮质激素受体自我诱导在白血病细胞激素耐药中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 激素治疗反应好是儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)预后佳的指标,而激素耐药是导致治疗失败和复发的主要原因。故研究激素耐药,对于进一步提高儿童ALL治疗效果有重要意义。糖皮质激素(GC)诱导白血病细胞凋亡和溶细胞作用是通过与激素受体(glucoticoid receptor,GR)结合后进入细胞核内启动下游凋亡途径实现的。作为调控细胞凋亡的Bcl-2家族成员,促凋亡因子Bim可直接激发激素诱导的细胞凋亡。近年来的研究表明,GR的表达水平变化与患儿激素治疗效果密切相关。本实验中我们通过白血病细胞株激素诱导凋亡实验,动态观察白血病细胞GR、Bim的表达情况,初步探讨白血病细胞GR自我调节机制在白血病激素耐药中的作用。
