卡泊芬净治疗侵袭性真菌感染27例临床研究

摘要
卡泊芬净是第一个上市的棘白菌素类广谱抗真菌药物，对难治性侵袭性念珠菌和曲霉菌感染治疗有效，且有较好的耐受性。我们对2005年1月至2006年9月收治的34例侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）患者应用了卡泊芬净治疗，现将疗程≥3d并资料完整的27例总结如下。
