摘要
弓形虫RH、PP、SHI株速殖子以105、104、103的接种量接种24h的HeLa细胞,分别维持pH值为8.0、7.0和6.5的培养条件,并适时补充HeLa细胞,结果可见在不同pH值条件下,3株弓形虫均可成囊,其成囊现象与速殖子接种量及培养基pH值有关,并显示一定的虫株间差异。
The 24h HeLa cell were infected with the RH. PP or SHI strain tachyzoites of T. gondii,according to 3 amount (105. 104 103) .and adjusting the pH value of medium to 8. 0. 7. 0 and 6.5,separately. The HeLa cell were added in time during the culture process. Results of this study indicated the capability of 3 isolates of T. godii to produce tissue cysts in cell culture. The phenomenon of cyst formation was associated with the tachyzoites inoculation amount and pH value of medium,showing certain differences among the three strains.
