摘要
本文用双向电泳和银染方法,分析了牦牛肝片吸虫虫体抗原(BA)及分泌排泄抗原(ES)的多肽。BA径双向电泳后显示多肽斑点69个,ES为30个,两种抗原共有的斑点9个。BA抗原的多肽主要分布在分子量10~18.6kDPI4.50~6.55之间的狭小区域的酸性小分子多肽和20~100kD多肽。PI4.50~7.00之间的多肽;ES主要分布在PI4.50~7.0间。两者的双向电泳结果显示同一分子量的蛋白质大多由多种等电点不同的多肽组成,其多肽的数量和性质也有差异。
Two types of extracts (BA, ES) from adult Fasciola hepatica were analyzed by two-demesional gel electrophorersis technique and silver staining. It indicated that there were 69 and 30 protein/poly peptide spots in BA and ES respectively. The molecular weight (MW)of the spots of BA were 10-18kD and 20-100kD,with isoelectric point(pI)between 4. 50-6. 55 and 4. 50-7. 00 for ES with a pI between 4. 50-7. 00.
