摘要
目的探讨三维田血管造影(3D-CTA)成像及其在动脉癌检查中的作用。方法回顾性分析经血管造影及手术证实的脑动脉癌25例,将其术前三维田血管造影容积扫描所得的数据传人工作站,采用最大密度投射法(maxinluln intensity projection,MIP)和表面遮盖法(shadedShadedsurfacedisplay,SSD)进行三维图像重建。结果25例患者中,共捡出26个动脉瘤,其中单发动脉瘤24例,所示病例经MIP和SSD处理后能够直观的显示动脉瘤的形状、位置、大小,且能观察到动脉瘤与载瘸动脉的关系。结论3D-CTA能充分显示动脉瘤的空间结构,能基本代替传统脑血管造影,对破裂动脉瘤的早期诊断有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the technique and assess the clinical value of Thme-dimentional CT angiography (3D-CTA) in the diagnosis of ruptured cerebral aneurysm. Method Twenty-five eases with rupted cerebral anetwysms were examined by 3D-CTA, all eases were confirmed by digital subtraction anglography (DSA) and operations. Results of the 25 cases, 26 aneurysms were detected by 3D-CTA. 3D-CTA reconstruoted images not only demonstrated the location, shape, size of anenrysms, but also showed the relationship between the aneurysms and the corresponding arteries. Conclusions 3D-CTA can not only provide more information of the ruptured aneurysms, but also can nearly replace DSA, which plays important role in the early diagnosis of cerebral ancurysm.
