心肺复苏中心脏保护药物的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 及时的心肺复苏(CPR)尽管有可能使心脏骤停(CA)获得自主循环恢复(ROSC),但其中许多患者随后往往因心肌损伤使心脏和循环功能不能维持而发生低血压或休克,组织发生缺氧和代谢障碍,最终不能存活。2005国际复苏指南强调了复苏中和复苏后心肌保护的重要性,认为CPR过程中不能有效地维持心脏和循环功能,是导致复苏后综合征和复苏失败的重要因素。因此,在CPR中有必要及时选择有效药物改善心肌供血或增加心肌能量,保护心肌、心脏和循环功能。现对近年复苏中心脏保护药物应用的最新进展作一综述。
