Study on high efficient spinning technology(Ⅰ)

运用弯钩纤维成因分析及弯钩纤维牵伸理论探讨了高效纺纱工艺的机理,并提出了高效纺纱工艺推广的有关意见,认为高效工艺能促进纺纱工艺技术和纺纱设备的进步,但由于影响因素很多,必须根据生产实际综合考虑推广应用。

The mechanism of high efficient spinning technology is discussed in this paper by use of the forming cause analysis and the draft theory of hocked fiber, and an idea to push forward the application of the high efficient spinning technology is worked out. It holds that the high efficient technology can promote the progress of spinning technology and spinning equipment, but could be affected by many factors and practical production must be considered in its application.
