波生坦治疗系统性红斑狼疮相关性肺动脉高压一例

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SEE）合并肺动脉高压（PAH）常见，以往由于缺乏有效药物治疗，患者临床预后较差。内皮素受体拮抗剂波生坦的出现，为这一疾病的治疗带来了曙光。现将我院采用波生坦治疗SEE相关性肺动脉高压1例体会介绍如下。
