广州城建开发设计院有限公司于1983年成立，是具有建筑工程设计甲级、建筑工程咨询技术咨询甲级、自动消防系统工程设计甲级、城市规划乙级、市政给排水、道路及风景园林设计丙级等资质的设计公司。专业范围包括城市规划、建筑、结构、给排水、电气、空调、装修、景观设计以及工程咨询等。本公司现有设计人员接近一百人，是广州市设计行业中的骨干企业，被广州市建委评为“广州市优秀勘察设计与优秀科研单位”。
