小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的护理

Nursing care of interventional therapy in children with congenital heart disease

目的:探讨小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的临床护理。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年9月～2006年9月采用介入治疗的方法治疗小儿先天性心脏病63例,其中PDA患儿35例、ASD患儿21例、VSD患儿7例,男37例,女26例,年龄6个月～l3岁,体重6～32kg。结果:63例患儿均取得满意效果。术后行心脏彩超检查均显示无残留分流,心脏听诊无杂音,手术成功率100%。术后出现2例上感,房室传导阻滞1例,溶血1例,穿刺部位血肿l例,随诊观察未发生封堵器移位和再通。结论:充分的术前护理,正确的术中配合,密切的术后病情观察及护理,预防和减少并发症的发生,详细的出院指导,是小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗取得满意疗效的保证。

Objective：To investigate the experience of clinical nursing care of interventional therapy in children with congenital heart disease.Me,otis：63 sick children with congenital heart disease receiving interventional therapy from June to December in 2006 in our hospital were analysed retrospectively,in which,there was PDA in 35 cases,ASD in 21 cases,VSD in 7 cases;male was 37 cases,female 26 cases,aged from 6 months to 13 years;the body weight of sick children was 6 to 32 kg.Results：All the sick chiadren were clinical cured.No residual split stream was discovered through the heart colr ultrasound after operation,without cardiac murmur,the success rate of operation was 100%.The complication of past-operation was upper respivatory tvact infection in 2 cases,and 1 each for atrioventricular block,haemolysis and hematoma of pricking place.No blockage shift and recanalization were discovered at last follow-up.Conclusion：Full preoperative nursing care,correct intraoperative matching,colse observation and nursing care of postoperative patient＇s condition,preventing and reducing the iccurrence of complications as well as detailed discharge guidance are the guarantee of satisfactory effect by intervention therapy for child congenital heart disease.
