Detection of Moving Target in Substation's Remote-supervision System

摘要 根据无人值守变电站的实际要求,将智能视频监控技术引入到变电站的遥视系统中,实现了运动目标的自动检测。介绍了独立分量分析的基本理论和算法,并用快速独立分量分析(FastICA)方法对运动目标检测进行了试验,试验结果表明这是一种鲁棒性较强的运动目标检测方法。 Introduced the intelligent video surveillance technology into the system of substation's remote-supervision, according to the requirements of unattended substation, and achieving the detection of moving targets. In the same time, introduces the fundamental theory and algorithm of ICA in brief. And a new method for the detection of moving target based on fast independent component analysis is used. The experiment results show that it is a robust method.
