基于TiO2、掺铁TiO2纳米粒灭活HL60细胞研究 被引量:2

Experiment research of the vivo destruction of HL60 cells by use of TiO_2 and iron-doped TiO_2-based photodynamic therapy

摘要 以不同时间培养添加有不同剂量TiO2、掺铁TiO2纳米粒的HL60细胞,研究TiO2、掺铁TiO2纳米颗粒对HL60白血病肿瘤细胞活性的影响,并对比分析细胞在接受可见光照射和不接受光辐照的情况下细胞的活性,探讨基于TiO2、掺铁TiO2纳米颗粒作为光敏剂PDT灭活肿瘤细胞的可能性。实验结果表明纳米颗粒对细胞的生长具有一定的抑制/毒性作用,培养时间越久、纳米浓度越大,抑制/毒性作用越明显;添加了纳米颗粒的PDT灭杀效率比不加纳米颗粒的PDT灭杀效率高,但交互效应不显著。 With different Cultured time and different dosages,the TiO2, iron doped TiO2 nanopartides and the HL60 cells are cultured in the Same Container. The inactivated effect ot TiO2 ,iron-doped TiO2 nanoparticles on HL60 leukemia tumor cells was studies. Then results of the ceils activities under the condition of the visible radiation and under the condition of without radiation are compared. The possibilities of the TiO2 and iron-doped TiO2 nanoparticles as photo sensitizer PDT in activated tumor cells are also explored. The experiment results showed that nanoparticies have inhibited toxicity effect on the growth of cells,the longer the culture time and the thicker the nanoparticles density are the better the effect of toxicity will be the rate of the PDT extinguishment under addition of the nanoparticies is higher than under no nanoparticies,but the interaction is not obvious.
