制冷剂不冷却电动机的往复式半封闭压缩机温度系数变化规律研究

摘要 对制冷剂不冷却电动机的往复式半封闭制冷压缩机进行了实验研究。考虑到具有不同相对余隙容积的压缩机气缸内换热情况不同,在不同工况下对不同型号的压缩机进行了测试,得出了此类压缩机温度系数的一些变化规律;并在上述研究的基础上导出了适用于此类压缩机温度系数的计算公式,可为今后的产品研究开发提供依据。 An experimental investigation on reciprocating semi-hermetic compressor was carried out. Considering the compressors with different clearance volume have different heat exchange areas in the cylinders, in different working condition three compressors were tested. Some characteristics of temperature coefficient were obtained. A formula of temperature coefficient λr for reciprocating semi-hermetic compressors without cooling motor by refrigerant was developed, which ca, be used in R&D of new compressors.
