Inhibitive effects of electroacupuncture on pain response and c fos expression in spinal cord induced by substance P in rats

目的：观察电针“夹脊”穴对大鼠鞘内注射Ｐ物质（ＳＰ，１０μｇ）引起的痛反应和脊髓ｃ－ｆｏｓ原癌基因蛋白表达的影响。方法：采用免疫组织化学法和痛阈测定法。结果：大鼠鞘内注射ＳＰ可引起痛反应，并诱发脊髓ｃ－ｆｏｓ样免疫反应（ＦＬＩ）减少，此效应可部分被纳洛酮（Ｎｘ）翻转。结论：电针可能是通过内源性阿片肽抑制ＳＰ而产生镇痛作用。

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at the 'Jiaji' point on pain response and c fos expression in spinal cord induced by intrathecal injection of substance P (SP, 10 μg) in rats. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and measurement of pain were used. Results: The intrathecal injection of SP produced pain response and evoked c fos expression in spinal cord. 1 h after the injection of SP, the FLI neurons were localized in laminae I, II, V and VI of both sides of the spinal cord. Electroacupuncture at the 'Jiaji' point could inhibit pain response and c fos expression, which could be partially reversed by naloxone. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture might exert its analgesic effects through stimulating the internal opiate peptide to inhibit SP.
