自拟宝宁丸对胃肠运动影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of Influence of Baoning Pill on the Gastrointestinal Movement

目的:探讨自拟方宝宁丸对胃肠运动功能的影响。方法:通过小鼠炭末推进实验观察宝宁丸煎液对正常、亢进及抑制状态下胃肠运动的影响,并通过在体胃肠平滑肌实验观察宝宁丸对家兔空肠运动的影响。结果:宝宁丸煎液高剂量组能明显促进正常小鼠胃肠运动及抑制亢进状态的小鼠胃肠运动,中、高剂量组能明显改善抑制状态的小鼠胃肠运动,并能显著促进正常家兔在体空肠平滑肌的活动。结论:宝宁丸对正常和抑制状态的胃肠运动有促进作用,对亢进状态的胃肠运动有抑制作用。

Objective： To discuss the influence＇of Baoning pills prepared by professors Huang Deyou and Ma Ronghua for the gastrointestinal movement of laboratory animal. Methods： The influences of Baoning pill decoction on the gastrointestinal movement under normal, overactivity and depressing stata in the test of Mice＇s carbon pushing, and on jejunum gastrointestinal movement of rabbits were observed in gastrointestinal smooth muscle test in vivo. Results： The decoction of Baoning pill could promote gastrointestinal movement under mice of sthenic state without significant impact, and could promote significantly smooth muscle activity of jejunum of rabbits in vivo. Conclution： Baoning pill can promote the gastrointestinal movement under normal and depressing stata, and can depress the gastrointestinal movement under overactivity status.
