自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足11例临床报告 被引量:10

摘要 目的:对糖尿病足(DF)患者行自体外周血干细胞移植治疗前后的相关指标进行综合评估。方法:选择2006年2~10月在我科收治的自愿接受自体外周血干细胞移植的DF11例,双下肢病变7例,单肢病变4例,共累及18足。其中足部已溃疡形成8例,坏疽3例。全部病例将自体干细胞悬液(1.4×109/ml细胞浓度),在患足的同侧小腿肌肉局部注射。术后每天监测下肢感觉变化及下肢远段经皮氧分压、皮温、足部感觉、溃疡及坏疽情况。结果:全部病例随访3个月。经皮氧分压:9例患者干细胞移植3个月后足部经皮氧分压较移植前有不同程度的改善;皮温:移植后1个月患者皮温均有不同程度上升1℃~5℃;感觉:术后14~21d疼痛减轻或消失,足部冷感14~28d明显好转;溃疡及坏疽情况:移植后8~12周足部溃疡愈合。结论:自体外周血干细胞移植治疗DF能有效地增加患者的下肢血流,改善症状,溃疡愈合,使一部分患者避免截肢,是一种简便、微创伤并且安全、有效的手段。
