摘要
采用在不锈钢表面热浸镀铝后再进行微弧氧化的方法形成氧化陶瓷层。通过调整直流电源的电流密度,研究了在5~25A/dm2范围内电流密度对微弧氧化陶瓷层厚度的影响。结果表明:增大电流密度使微弧氧化陶瓷层厚度明显增加。
The ceramic coatings were obtained by micro- arc oxidation of hot- dipped aluminum coatings on stainless steel. The effects of current density on the thickness of the ceramic coatings were studied. The results show that the thickness of the ceramic coating is increased with increasing the current density.
