Developing circulation economy and construction of economy type society is current focus and difficult problem. The enterprises are one of the principal parts in circulation economy, it can play an important role for wholely economy of the development. Establishing enterprise circulation economy development strategy is an important link within the whole economic growth. The role of electroplating enterprises playing in developing circulation economy was introduce. The factors which restrict the enterprise development in circulation economic was analyzed. The measure to raise the ability of the electroplating enterprises oneself to develop circulation economy was put forward.
