摘要
SSR标记具有共显性、高多态性、位点专化性、稳定性好、操作技术简单等特点,是十分理想的分子标记。随着一些简单、经济和高效的SSR分离技术的发展,SSR标记已逐渐在植物病原菌中被开发和利用。本文综述了植物病原菌中SSR标记的主要开发策略及其应用进展。
SSR markers are ideal molecular markers, because they are co-dominant, highly polymorphic, locus-specific, highly reproducible, and technically simple to be handled. With development of some simple, effective and economical techniques for SSR isolation, SSR markers have been gradually developed and applied in plant pathogens. This paper reviews the main methods of SSR development and applications in plant pathogens.
