成人间活体肝移植胆道并发症的防治经验 被引量：1

摘要 自2001年我们成功施行国内首例成人间右半肝活体肝移植（A-A LDLT）以来，通过改进术前评估及手术操作等一系列措施，全部病例均采用不包含肝中静脉的右半肝移植，既保证了供体安全，又保证了受体获得足够的肝脏，截至2007年10月已成功实施了124例。同时，近年来我们还开展了采用尸体冷冻血管替代受体肝后下腔静脉治疗布-加氏综合症的活体肝移植手术方式及采用尸体左半肝加活体右半肝的双供肝肝移植，克服了双左半肝肝移植所存在的资源浪费及技术复杂的缺点。现结合我们的治疗经验，通过本组病例的临床资料和随访结果，对降低成人活体肝移植胆道并发症的防治策略进行探讨。
