巩膜移植术的应用基础研究

An Experimental Study on Scleral Transplantation

改进了同种异体后巩膜移植加固术的方法，观察术后移植的组织病理学和免疫组织化学变化。使用新西兰白兔巩膜组织，经酒精脱水制备后再复水，移植到30只新西兰兔眼后极部四个象限平铺展平，切口不需缝合。术后组织病理学检查显示植入的巩膜片容易与受眼巩膜愈着，但1年时巩膜组织被吸收消失。移植物T淋巴细胞及其亚群检测均为阴性，Langerhans细胞术后1～3月检测为阳性，6月时阴性。结论：巩膜移植物不诱发明显的免疫排斥反应，提示术后临床上不需要预防性治疗。

Posterior scheral reinfarcement operation (PSRO)with allografts was improves.The post-operative histopathological and immunological changes of grafts were observed. The scleral tissue of New Zealand white rabbits was dehydrated with alcohol and rehydrated. Then it was transplanted to the four quardrants of rabbits posterior pole smoothly without stiching the incisions. The histo-pathological changes revealed that adhesion between scleral graft and recipient scleral was easy. But, the scleral graft was absorbed completely one year later. T lymphocyte and its subgroups of graft detection was negative. Langerhans cell detection was positive after 1 ~ 3 months post-operatively. The scleral graft will not induce immune rejection definitely. So the clinical prevention is unnecessary.
