摘要
通过对建设安徽电网备用调度通信系统重要性和必要性的分析,提出备调通信系统的建设原则。根据安徽电力通信网的实际情况并结合"十一五"通信规划,介绍了安徽电网备调光通信传输网、各业务网、同步时钟系统、通信网管和通信电源的建设方案。
The article analyzes the importance and necessity of constructing a backup power dispatching communication system in Anhui power grid and puts forward its construction principle. Based on the current situation and the 11 th Five-Year Plan of Anhui e- lectric power communication network, a construction scheme of backup dispatching optical communication transmission network, service networks, synchronous clock system, network management system as well as power supply system is introduced in the paper.
