滤过瘘口的功能状态与手术疗效的关系

The functional status of the filtering ostium and the curative effect of glaucomat filtration surgery

本文将49例84眼原发性青光眼行滤过手术后滤过瘘口的开放状态，分为有滤过功能瘘口和无滤过功能瘘口2组，比较发现2组术后眼压控制率、有功能滤过泡形成率均存在着非常显著差异（P＜0．01）。表明滤过瘘口保持开放状态是保证房水有效外滤过的先决条件。本文还讨论了滤过瘘口闭塞的原因及预防措施。

The glaucoma filtraion surgery was performed on 49 cases (84 eyes) with primary glaucoma.The status of the internal ostium was evaluated with gonioscope post surgery. According to the status of opening or occlusion of the ostium, it was divided into fimctopmal functional and non - functional groups. The success rates of the surgery was very significantly different (P <0.01) between the two groups. Our results suggest that the internal ostium in opening status is a essential factor for a successful glaucoma filtration surgery. The causes of the ostium occlusion and the preventive measme were also discussed.
