摘要
患者女，39岁。预部、躯干和四肢起结节，伴手指发冷麻木感10个月于2001年3月31日来院门诊。患者10个月前发现左颈部及项部起蚕豆大小疙瘩，无痒、痛等异常感觉，到当地医院就诊，因诊断不明，给予观察处理。以后左颈部及项部起蚕豆大小皮损渐增大如樱桃大小，为皮肤颜色或淡褐色，无不适。随着时间延长，皮损并无消退迹象，呈进行性扩大累及躯干和四肢。
