增生性外毛根鞘瘤

A case of proliferating tricholemmal tumor

报告1例增生性外毛根鞘瘤。患者女,58岁。头皮出现红色结节,不痛不痒,逐渐增大30年。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内可见大小不等由鳞状细胞组成的瘤细胞团块,部分瘤细胞胞质淡染,周围呈栅栏状排列;部分瘤细胞周围可见增厚的基膜,瘤细胞周围有角化不良及角囊肿形成,外毛根鞘角化,肿瘤内及间质中可见钙化灶。

A sporadic case of proliferating tricholemmal tumor is reported.A 58-year-old female had inerescnt red nodules,asymptomatic,located on scalp for about 30years.Pathological examination indicated tumor cell mass assembled by different sizes of squamous cells.Partial cells were lightly stained with railing-like structure around.Inerassate basal membrane was seen beside some tumor cells.There were dyskeratosis and keratocysis around tumor cells.which indicated tricholemmal keratosis Interstitial and intratumoral calcification was found.
