体部肿瘤立体定向放疗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 体部肿瘤的立体定向放疗自上世纪90年代开始应用于临床,在肺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌和肾癌等体部肿瘤的治疗中突现出优势。本文从体部肿瘤立体定向放疗技术的出现、该技术建立的关键、治疗计划设计要点、立体定向放疗放射生物学研究以及应用立体定向放疗技术治疗体部肿瘤的临床研究结果等几个方面综述该治疗技术目前的进展。
